Whether it's about the automated processing of image data, the intelligent recognition of tool or workpiece conditions, the automatic comparison of surfaces and contours with a defined master, or the automatic recording of potential error states for later analysis: the software potential of our camera systems is enormous!
Triple Power for Innovative Software Features
We are excited to announce that we have welcomed Jayesh and Patrick, two experienced and talented software developers, to our growing team. This provides David, who is responsible for software development and quality assurance, with competent support in development. As a result, we can now develop better software solutions for our camera systems even faster.
Expertise in AI and Neural Networks
Patrick has joined us from the Fraunhofer Institute, where he has extensively worked on image processing using neural networks and AI. Additionally, he is an expert in cloud computing and will help us further develop the HDMI interface of our camera systems.
We have no shortage of exciting new software feature ideas: one fascinating project is the implementation of a tool detection system to automatically calculate and classify wear and tear using the camera system. Moreover, automatic human detection can also be interesting — both for security and privacy reasons.
Ready for the Rotoclear App?
Jayesh is an expert in cyber and network security. He is not only working to make our system even more secure but will also be developing the web interface of the camera system and creating a dedicated Rotoclear app. This app will make access to our system even easier and can be installed not only on computers and control panels of CNC machines but also on mobile devices in the future.
The two are supported by our working student and rising star Shahriyar, who is currently studying Data Science at SRH University in Heidelberg.
