Take-Back of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment in Accordance with the ElektroG (ElektroG / WEEE)
As a manufacturer of electrical and electronic equipment, in particular self-cleaning viewing windows with camera systems, we hereby inform you as commercial end-users about your legal obligations regarding the disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment pursuant to Section 19a of the German Act on the Placing on the Market, Return and Environmentally Sound Disposal of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (ElektroG).
1. Disposal Obligation
As an end-user, you are legally required to collect waste electrical and electronic equipment separately from unsorted municipal waste. The symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin on the product indicates this obligation. Do not dispose of in household waste.

2. Deletion of Personal Data
We expressly point out that you, as a commercial end-user, are responsible for deleting any personal data stored on devices that are to be disposed of. Before returning the device, ensure that all confidential and personal data has been erased.
3. Removal of Batteries and Accumulators
If the waste equipment contains batteries or accumulators that are not permanently installed and can be removed without destruction, you must remove them before returning the device and dispose of them separately.

We have established a take-back program for commercially used waste equipment in accordance with Section 7a ElektroG. This enables you to return any device purchased from us once it reaches the end of its service life. Please contact us prior to returning the device in order to coordinate the take-back process:
